Parking Payment Process via the ATTO App:

1. For new users:

• Registration in the ATTO app: Download the ATTO mobile app and complete the registration process.
• Linking your bank card: Link your bank card to your ATTO account. Card verification is required to activate the payment feature.

For all users:

• Adding a vehicle: In the ATTO app, add information about your vehicle.

2. Entering the parking area:

• Automatic license plate recognition: When approaching the entry barrier of a parking area integrated with the ATTO system, the camera automatically detects your vehicle’s license plate number.
• Barrier opening: If the number is successfully recognized and the vehicle is registered in the ATTO system, the barrier opens automatically, allowing entry to the parking area.
• Start of billing: The system automatically starts the hourly billing timer from the moment of entry.

3. Exiting the parking area:

• Automatic license plate recognition: Upon approaching the exit barrier, the camera again scans the license plate. The app sends a notification indicating the end of the parking session.
• Payment calculation: The system automatically calculates the total parking fee based on the duration of the stay and the applicable tariff.
• Barrier opening: Before exiting, the user must complete the payment in the ATTO app. Once the payment is processed, the barrier opens automatically, allowing the vehicle to leave the parking area.
