Pay for your subway rides with the palm of your hand.

What is PalmPay?

This is an innovative way for completely contactless payment. This solution eliminates the need to carry or take out your bank card from your wallet, as your hand is always with you. The biometric payment service will not be mandatory for passengers – all other payment options continue to be available. To use the service, you need to register in the 'ATTO' mobile app, scan your palms, and add a transport card with funds for payment. Our partners will assist you in adding your palm images in the ATTO mobile app.

Paying with your palm is simple: just place any of your palms over the device installed on the turnstile. The gates will open, and the fare will be deducted from the linked transport card.

Activating PalmPay

At the 'Khalklar Dustligi' metro station, approach the registration desk.

Our partners near the registration desk will ask you to place your palms over a special device for photographing. Keep your hand straight and at a height of 15 cm.

First, place your right hand, then your left. A QR code will appear on the screen.

Scan the QR code using the ATTO mobile app. On the main screen of the ATTO app, click the 'Activate PalmPay' button, then press the 'Scan QR code' button.

How to Use PalmPay

Check if PalmPay is enabled in the ATTO app

Ensure that there are sufficient funds on your linked transport card for the fare, and hold your hand straight and at a height of 15 cm.

Before passing through the turnstile, remove your gloves and slightly roll up your sleeve so that it does not cover your palm.

Approach the turnstile with the special device installed

Hold your palm over the scanner, wait for the green signal, and for the gates to open

The fare will be deducted from your linked transport card after a short delay

Proceed into the metro and enjoy your trip!
